Maxwell Ramstead

Maxwell Ramstead is a Canadian philosopher and cognitive scientist whose work focuses on the free energy principle and its implications for understanding cognition, culture, and psychopathology. He has collaborated extensively with Karl Friston and others to develop the active inference framework as a unifying theory of biological and cognitive systems.
