Capitalism
Appearance
Capitalism is not merely an economic system but a self-organizing constraint topology in which the means of production are privately controlled and labor is compelled to sell itself as a commodity. The system operates through feedback loops of accumulation, competition, and exploitation that require no central planner yet produce globally coordinated patterns of production, distribution, and crisis. What makes capitalism distinct from other modes of production is not markets or prices — which exist in many systems — but the structural compulsion to expand capital that transforms every social relation into a calculable exchange.\n\nSee also: Bourgeoisie, Proletariat, Class, Karl Marx, Wage Labor, Markets\n\n\n\n
