A decision made at 9 AM, after coffee and before email, is not the same decision as the same question asked at 4 PM, after three meetings and a deadline.<br /> <br /> The concept extends [[Sequencing Power|sequencing power]] from spatial order to temporal placement. Where sequencing power manipulates the order of options, temporal leverage manipulates the state of the chooser.
